Axel has over 40 years project management and project delivery experience from concept through to commissioning in the power, mining and minerals processing industries. His roles across his career have been varied and include roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Director and Client’s Representative.

Axel is project driven always ensuring a better and smarter way to develop and execute a project either during the early concept and subsequent feasibility study phases, through, execution and final handover to the client.

He is focused on safety in design whilst not compromising on costs, schedule and quality. Axel's mandate is to always deliver studies and projects that as a minimum meet or exceed the client's expectations, at a reasonable cost.
Engineering Manager
Robert has over 40 years experience in the mining and mineral processing arena in commodities such as gold, lead zinc, silver, power stations, non process and process infrastructure and brings a can do attitude to the team, before , during and after the design is complete.

Robert has 40 years experience in mining and minerals industry, covering materials handling and infrastructure for iron ore, gold, nickel, diamonds, base metals, platinum, copper and tantalum industrial minerals.
Rob has managed design teams of over 100 designers and engineers and his expertise lies within these areas particularly when it comes 3D engineering and drafting technologies. He ensures the design team remains focussed on the end deliverables, without compromising the quality of the information.
Construction Manager
Peter has over 35 years experience in senior management roles across a range of industries including iron ore facilities, salt fields, minerals processing plants, diamond mines, alumina refineries and major construction works.
